Shipping & Returns

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Jeepers Dollhouse Miniatures!  Following is what you should expect when you order from us.  If you have any questions before placing an order, please do not hesitate to Contact Us via email or telephone (you will find our phone number at the top of every page of the website).  We will do our best to answer any questions or issues you may have.  

Shipping

All items on our website are in our inventory.  Most orders leave our shop next business day.  If while pulling items for orders, we discover that an item is missing from our inventory we will notify you via email ASAP of any extended delay in restocking the item and shipping your order.  Generally, we will be able to restock items within a few days at which time we will ship your order in its entirety.  If the item is on back order or no longer available, we will refund you for the item and ship the balance of your order.  As we process your order and prepare it for shipping you will notice changes in the status:  Awaiting Fulfilment means we have received your order and are pulling the items for shipment.  Awaiting Shipment means that your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.  Our shipments are generally picked up mid-morning each business day.  Shortly after the post office has picked up your order the status will be changed to Shipped.  We send out tracking numbers with each order.  If you receive notification that your order has shipped, but you have not received a tracking number, please check your email spam or trash folders.  If you have set up an account with Jeepers Dollhouse Miniatures, the tracking number will be stored with each of your orders.  

Currently we are using one rate shipping via USPS (with some orders shipped UPS) to US and select international destinations only.  We are working on setting up international shipping to an additional number of countries.  At this time, please contact us regarding international destinations.  We will do what we can to accommodate you.  

Our standard (default) shipping is currently a $7.95 flat rate with free shipping on orders over $150 to US destinations.  If you require or need an alternate form of delivery, please contact us.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  

We are currently extending shipping to select countries, which are being added periodically.  If you would like to place an international order and do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible.  International shipping (with initial shipping rate shown) is currently available to the following destinations:

Canada: $45 USD*
Austria, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Spain, South Africa and United Kingdom:  $75 USD*

*NOTE:  In the event actual shipping for an order to an international destination is less than posted above, we will refund the difference upon completion of the order.  The above rate is based on a 3-pound package with most smaller packages shipping from the US to International destinations between approximately $15 and $25 in actual shipping costs.  If you would like to know the estimated shipping cost before placing your order, please contact us with a list of items in your order.  

USPS has temporarily suspended all international deliveries from the US to Australia effective 9/17/2021.  We will reactivate shipments to Australia ASAP. 

While we plan to ship to virtually any address in the world in the near future, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be shipped to international destinations. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In addition to PayPal, we also accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

You will be able to use your credit card when you checkout.
