Each sheet of this basswood clapboard siding by Northeastern Scale Lumber is 24" long, by 3-1/2" wide by 1/16" thick with a 1/8" lap. Sold by the individual sheet. Also referred to as lap siding. While 1/8" lap (reveal) can be used for any scale, based on your preference, it is probably best suited for one-quarter (1:48) scale providing an approximate 6" lap in real life. When used in half-inch (1:24) scale, it would represent a 3" lap and in one-inch (1:12) scale, a 1-1/2" lap.
