The parts of these structures are made from the finest quality basswood, which has been laser-cut and engraved. This produces detail that rivals most plastic models and re-creates the look of stone or wood construction. The models can be assembled in about the same time as a plastic kit, but since wood parts are used, no toxic glues are needed. The kits are also easy to paint and have a true-to-life look when finished. Features all-wood laser-cut parts, plastic windows and doors, paper roof shingles, chimneys and a choice of signs. Painting and weathering suggestions are also included.
Footprint for this kit is 2-7/16" x 3-11/64". Stands approximately 4" high upon completion. Perfect for inclusion in a one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature dollhouse shop, toy store, or playroom.
