Product Description
Whether adding traditional details or decorative elements, wainscot trim in your dollhouse or roombox is a finishing touch. Northeastern NE1076 wainscot cap trim is a 24" length of basswood ready to paint or stain and features a flat top with bullnose type edge that creates an approximate 3/16" deep ledge. Also referred to as MMB-6. Use this wainscot cap in conjunction with wainscot sheeting and a trim strip (either flat or with a simple profile) to add a beautiful detail to your walls. The bottom has a recess that is about 5/32" deep with an approximate 1/16" front cover.
Also shown is NE1076 used in conjunction with CLA70239A (wainscot sheeting) and a simple wood strip (MW4016). These unfinished pieces have just been layered atop one another to demonstrate a simple option. Consider using a more decorative piece in place of MW4016 for more detail. You can also paint or stain each piece a different color for another option. Use your imagination!
