Product Description
Snap-on Tee (MBSLT-6) is a standard fitting that allows design and construction of most industrial/residential piping systems in one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature and is injection molded butyrate (plastic). You can easily paint this material with most plastic model paints to achieve a realistic look of metal (both new and aged) with the proper combination of colors for your setting. Fits MBSTB-6 (also referred to as 90105) white butyrate tubing and works with all the standard fittings mentioned in its description. MBSLT-6 basically connects two pipes like a T connection at a 45 degree angle, but does so by "clamping" onto the exterior of one pipe while the other pipe fits into its tube shaped end. It would give the illusion of an angled T-joint.
Colors will vary; we no longer have any choice of colors, but the product is readily paintable with most craft or plastic model paints.
