Product Description
The traditional 4-panel door by Houseworks fits a one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature setting with a door opening of 3-1/16" wide by 7-9/16" high by 3/8" deep. Overall door and frame size is 3-1/2" wide by 7-3/4" high. Door exterior has four raised panels but does not include acrylic or interior trim. The back (interior) side of the door is flat (not paneled). Constructed of unfinished wood ready for paint or stain. One of the characteristics of this door is that it has an open transom (to allow air circulation) similar to many found in older homes. This door is also an acceptable alternative for the exterior of a dollhouse.
If you would like the interior door side to have raised panels, you might consider installing wainscot panels such as CLA71070. Keep in mind these panels are slightly wider than those on the front (exterior) face of the door.
