Call them shutter dogs, shutter holders, they simply hold shutters in place and keep them from blowing in the wind when not needed to close and protect a window. These beautiful metal scroll style shutter dogs feature a bright brass finish and measure about 3/4" high by 3/8 wide. Sold 4 in a package.
