Product Description
Constructed of molded plastic with surprising detail, this one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature picture/painting frame offers a recessed back designed to accommodate a piece of art or portrait approximately 1-7/8" x 2-1/4" (1-9/16" x 2" viewable area) with an overall frame size of approximately 2-3/8" by 2-7/8" (use either for landscape or portrait). The back recess is fairly deep allowing you to install either a canvas board painting or a photograph layered with a plastic sheet and cardboard liner. Consider sealing the rear mount with a piece of Kraft paper or wallpaper scrap for a nice finish.

Beautiful
This frame is large, with a deep pocket and sharp detailed frame design. I cut a piece of acetate for "glass" and layer with a picture and backing. I always looks great. I've bought several.

Gold frame
Finally! I picture frame that really is "large". I can hardly wait to put a picture and piece of "glass" in it. It will be hanging over mantle in dining room. I will be ordering more.

It was very shiny so I painted with a gold leaf water-based paint...lovely frame!
