One-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature Victorian schoolhouse student bench for a classroom spanning several decades. Approximately 1-1/2" wide by 2-1/4" high by 2-1/4" deep. This bench is designed for use at the back (end of the row) with the other student desks in our line. Hand-crafted primarily of wood. While this style desk was introduced during the Victorian period it was used in some areas as late as the 1950's. Bench seat designed for placement at rear of row. Maple stained finish. Black painted wood (wrought iron look) legs. Combine 3 or more desks and benches in a row on "tracks" to keep them together as was typically done in classroom settings.
