One-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature Victorian schoolhouse student desk for a classroom spanning several decades. Approximately 1-1/2" wide by 2-1/4" high by 2-1/4" deep. Complete with ink well, pencil/pen holder track, and storage shelf. Hand-crafted primarily of wood. While this style desk was introduced during the Victorian period it was used in some areas as late as the 1950's. Seat lifts for placement at front of row. Maple stained finish. Black painted wood (wrought iron look) legs. Combine 3 or more desks and benches in a row on "tracks" to keep them together as was typically done in classroom settings.
