Product Description
Each package contains one 11" x 17" sheet of southern pine random plank wood flooring. This one-inch scale dollhouse miniature flooring by Houseworks can be cut with scissors to fit your rooms. Sand flooring with extra-fine sandpaper. Apply stain sparingly, if desired, sand once again and apply varnish or lacquer if desired. Allow to dry before installing. Apply contact cement, spray adhesive or non-water-based adhesive to back of flooring and to room surface for permanent adhesion. Place flooring on room surface and allow to dry. Hold firmly until dry by placing a heavy object (such as a book) on top of the flooring.
Cautions: No not use water base adhesives; do not remove flexible backing material; test stains on small piece to make sure stain does not loosen adhesion to backing.
While not an exact match, an alternative to HW7123 would be CLA73114 which recreates a pine wood but with slightly more orange undertones.
