Product Description
This hard plastic that requires cutting with a saw. Also referred to as 90105, this white butyrate tubing has outside dimensions of 4.8 mm (3/16") and interior dimensions of 2.4 mm (3/32") with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm (3/64") and 15" length. This tubing is perfect for creating your own plumbing lines in one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature especially when used in conjunction with our assortment of elbows (MBSE-6, MBSEF-6 and MBSEL-6), pins (MBSCP-6P), sleeves (MBSCS-6P), tees (MBSTP-6 and MBSTPO-6), caps (MBSPC-6) and flanges (MBSF-6). These standard fittings allow design and construction of most industrial/residential piping systems and are injection molded in assorted colors butyrate (plastic). You can easily paint them with most plastic model paints to achieve a realistic look of metal (both new and aged) with the proper combination of colors for your setting. For the most secure hold, we recommend using an adhesive intended for use with plastics.
Colors will vary; we no longer have any choice of colors, but the product is readily paintable with most craft or plastic model paints.
