    Product Description

    From the "Street of Shops" line of roombox kits by Houseworks, this good quality shop one-inch (1:12) scale miniature kit is constructed of wood and MDF.  It is completely enclosed with removable framed Plexiglas roof.  Preassembled panels make final assembly easy.  All windows and doors are fitted with Plexiglas.  Use multiple kits (like HW9992 and HW9993) to create your own street of shops.  Model 9991 is a corner shop with two bay windows.  The door sits diagonally on the corner.  The base measures 13" deep by 13" wide while the unit stands 11-1/4" high.  Kit arrives unfinished and unassembled.  Assembly required.
