    • Picture Framing Material

    For all you do-it-yourselfers, this category is devoted exclusively to unfinished wood picture framing material.  These wood strips all feature one edge with a 1/16" x 1/16" recess to accommodate your mat board, cardboard, and/or plexiglas covering for images you have printed, painted, drawn or stitched.  Painters can use thin canvas or fabric covered boards for original artwork.  You can cut these strips to your specific size requirements using a small miter box, then stain or paint in your choice of color.  HINT:  If you plan to stain the wood, do so before gluing the frame together.
