Product Description
This one-inch (1:12) scale dollhouse miniature wainscot panel sheet is unfinished basswood and measures about 2-3/16" by 3". The sheet has three raised panels (each about 1" by 2-3/16) on one side only. This design allows you to attach the flat panel to the wall and install additional detail trims such as baseboard and a wainscot cap. You can also install strips of wood between sheets for even more detail. Ready to paint or stain. From the International Miniatures division of Classics.
If you envision a raised panel garage door, install the individual panels horizontally between lengthwise strips of NE1030 and vertical spacers using NE1031 the width of your garage door (ie., 8" wide). To create a working door connect the assembled lengthwise units using hinges; otherwise just glue everything together to form a standard raised panel garage door. Keep in mind that if you plan on creating a working garage door, it will be necessary to design and create tracks for each end of the door. We are currently working on a design that we hope to have in the near future.
